Greetings, welcome to my blog.
We all know that teaching ain’t always sunshine and rainbows. The teaching world is intricate yet fascinating, and this Blog aims to tackle just a tiny part of it with some honest, contradicting and (interesting?) thoughts and ideas that accompany me throughout this research journey.
The blog looks at how Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are integral to learning and teaching in today’s early childhood settings.
Throughout the blog the following aspects/areas will be discussed:
- The definition of ICT and Digital Citizens
- The role of ICT in relation to Learning
- The role of ICT in relation to Teaching
- Being innovative and creative with ICT
- The future of ICT and its role in Education
Over the decades, there has been a rapid and radical change in the types of technology that people use and the importance of their innovations. This growth has changed the way people think, act, organise their thoughts and actions. The research will attempt to explore: what it means to live in technology-rich generation and how the use of technology can be enhanced and empowered in relation to teaching and learning.
Please enjoy reading.
